Lateral Pre-Lets One Vision Park to Nuclera
Lateral has secured a pre-let agreement with Nuclera for Mortlock House in Cambridge, a former office building being redeveloped into a bespoke life sciences facility. The deal highlights Lateral’s focus on delivering service-led laboratory spaces tailored to innovative companies.
