Lateral partners with Devonshire Group to develop Trinity House, Oxford Business Park

Date 7th March 2021

Lateral has partnered with the Devonshire Group to develop Trinity House at Oxford Business Park, marking the company’s first deal in the UK science and technology sector.

Originally an office-led site with no laboratory facilities, Trinity House presented a unique opportunity to demonstrate the potential for science-led development. Lateral created a demand-led business plan and feasibility studies to unlock the site’s potential, providing a clear pathway for future life sciences development.

Robert Crawley, co-founder of Lateral, said:

“This is an important milestone for Lateral. While it is just the first step, we have been actively bidding on science and technology assets for over a year, and we are delighted to mark our first deal at a time of significant disruption to the property market.”

The partnership with DG sets the foundation for transforming Trinity House into a hub for research and innovation, demonstrating Lateral’s commitment to unlocking underutilised assets for the science and technology market.
